What this site collects
This website does not set tracking cookies, does not build advertising profiles, and does not sell information to anyone. It is a set of static pages.
When you contact us
If you email us, call us, or use the service ticket form, we receive the information you choose to send — your name, organization, contact details, and your message. We use it to respond to you and to perform the work you ask us to do. We do not add you to marketing lists.
Hosting logs
Like nearly every website, the server that hosts this site may keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. These are managed by our hosting provider and are not used to identify visitors.
External links
Pages on this site link to other websites — for example, Google Maps for directions, or manufacturers whose products we install. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
