How service works
During business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm), the fastest route is a service ticket — it lands directly with our service team. Include your facility, the affected system, and the building and room if you can; it saves a phone call.
For video surveillance and CCTV, our staff provides remote service — many issues are diagnosed and resolved before anyone rolls a truck.
Hospital emergencies
Hospital communication systems can’t wait until morning. Emergency hospital service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — after-hours emergencies must be phoned in to 207.883.4110; email is not monitored outside business hours.
